Reunited after twelve years for her estranged brother's wedding, a half-Thai woman returns to Thailand, only to find that a tense cross-country drive forces them to confront the cultural divides and buried traumas of their shared past, or risk losing their fragile bond for good.

Halfway Home explores the fragile bonds between siblings, unspoken grief, and the delicate work of reconciliation. Told through an intimate lens against the backdrop of Thailand, it follows two people bound by blood but divided by the vastly different worlds in which they were raised.
